Casting

We specialized in gravity and low pressure die casting which is carried out through molten brass directed into molds, the so-called “foundry shells”, which are made in-company according to customer specifications and used in multiple production cycles.

Stamping

Through brass, aluminium and stainless steel hot stamping the unfinished metal product, starting from the bar, is first heated and then pressed into the desired shape

Materials

Brass, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics: the choice is wide and the ability to work metals and alloys, also different from each other, produces something that goes beyond the simple result. We can advise the material suitable for every requirement.

Control lathes

Bars machining from Ø6 toBars machining from Ø6 toØ95 in automatic and untilØ300 in manual process.

Additional services

In addition to constant quality control GIAMI offers further services of polishing, galvanic treatment and painting. To ensure continuity of production and service personalized logistics solutions are also provided

Dimensional checks

Through a metrological lab in every production step we’re able to verify the perfect dimensional correspondence between project and product with the most advanced control systems.

Assembly and tests

An assembly system in our plant allows us to complete the production line and execute on every single piece all necessary tests to guarantee the quality of the product before packaging and shipment.
